The shelves at this authentic Italian bakery are always dazzling full, with colorful pastries and cookies. Their motto: "A taste of Italy in every bite." Especially popular are the tricolored or "rainbow" cookies that resemble the Italian flag. Red, green and white thin layers are somewhere between cake and sugar cookie texture. Jam filling seals the layers together with an final finishing coat of chocolate. The piped pink rosettes in the case are deceptively soft, chewy and almond scented.

AMAZING! We were the first ones in right as the door opened. The owner is beyond kind and walked us through all her handmade delicious pasteries. We left with Gelato for later - a giant, flaky croissant filled with creme and topped with cream and coconut- cream puffs, almond cookies, jam cookies dipped in chocolate and sprinkles. I'm so full I can't name the rest! Looking forward to the pizza, sandwiches, and real espresso!! A VERY much wonderful addition to Lemoyne!!
